Theresa Rogers has owned Horseneck Wines and Liquors in Greenwich, Connecticut since 1989.
During the ten years prior, Theresa was involved throughout the United States in sales, distribution and importation
of wines from all over the world. Theresa realized that the enjoyment of sharing her products with
satisfied customers equalled her strong passion for the wine itself.

"It's great to own a business in which you wake up every morning wondering what new quality wines will cross

Theresa has been involved with several top wine organizations, including as cellarmaster in Manhattan for the
Chene de Rotisseurs, Society of Wine Educators, and Chevalier du Tastevin.

Store History
Horseneck Wines and Liquors has been established within the Town of Greenwich since 1934,
always family-owned until purchased by Theresa. Horseneck is a name given to a section of Greenwich when the
Town was founded. Horseneck has always catered to the "carriage trade," and with Theresa's inspiration the store has grown to
become one of the top wine sellers in the country.

Theresa continues to develop a customer base with her reputation for recommending wines that have quality and value.
Her customers consistently ask for suggestions on food and wine pairing, gift ideas for the "person that has everything"
and delivery service to just the right spot at the house.
"Knowing our customers' needs and tastes is a very important skill here at Horseneck," explains Theresa.
Theresa and her staff taste new wines daily to come up with a complete selection of champagnes, reds, and whites from all
wine-growing regionsof the world, in all price ranges.
